In today’s environment, insurance companies and police forces are recommending that all installed alarms should be monitored. Palmaris provide a 24hr independent alarm monitoring service giving our customers total peace of mind.
24hr Alarm Monitoring
Palmaris provides a remote monitoring service around the clock – this includes the monitoring of intruder alarms, fire alarms and CCTV systems. When an alarm is activated the operators will notify the appropriate service. A keyholding and mobile response service can also be provided to ensure premises are secure.
Digital Communicator
This method sends the alarm signal via a telephone line to the ARC. The alarm panel aromatically dials the ARC and transmits a signal revealing the panel status.
Redcare
BT Redcare uses non-dialing technology which continously monitors the line detecting line cuts and faults immediately.
CCTV
Remote monitoring via CCTV technology provides an effective way to monitor a site reducing or eliminating the need for manned guarding. Full control of the on site cameras is available from the ARC together with audio communications so the ARC personnel can speak directly to anyone on site if necessary. On site alarms can also be transmitted to the ARC.
Confirmed Verification
By using confirmed alarm technology our operators can reduce false activations and pass additional valuable information to the emergency services.
Dual ARC
Palmaris Services have simultaneous back-up response from another approved ARC.
Palmaris Plant Hire
Palmaris Services are able to supply all site requirements from site set up (Heras Fencing and site Power Generation) to 16 ton Tracked Excavators for the main site excavation.
We can also supply operators for our extensive range of Telehandlers 12 and 17 mtr, Backhoe Excavators and 360 Tracked excavators, all operators have the relevant certification required for site operations.
In the last 2 years since Palmaris Services was formed Palmaris Capital Plc has invested more than 2 million pounds in changing our fleet of Caterpillar backhoe excavators to J.C.B, also replacing many 12 and 17 mtr Telehandlers, 6 Ton Dumpers, Generators and small power tools.
We have three depots in Scotland, which are Aberdeen, Glasgow and Elgin, covering from Inverness to Glasgow and beyond where ever your site requirements are, each depot has dedicated service engineers with fully equipped service vehicles covering all site maintenance and servicing.
Palmaris Cleaning
Palmaris Services also have a Cleaning Division, which is controlled from our Glasgow Depot for all Scotland.
